Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of specialists to ensure safe, efficient and compliant airport operations.
  • Oversee aircraft turnaround standards, policies and compliance.
  • Drive improvements in aircraft turnaround systems and deliver initiatives on time.
  • Optimize Ground Service Equipment performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor freight operations against service level agreements.

About this Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a key leader in aircraft turnaround services. You will be responsible for managing a team of specialists who work together to ensure safe, efficient and compliant airport operations.

In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of aircraft turnaround standards, policies and compliance procedures. You will also drive improvements in aircraft turnaround systems and deliver system enhancement initiatives on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and engage teams while building resilience and delivering results.
