The Aircraft Turnaround Services Manager plays a crucial part in managing aircraft turnaround policies and processes, overseeing aircraft turnaround systems, and managing ground services equipment.
Additionally, the role provides oversight of operational safety performance for services delivered by various organizations.
- Manage and support a team of airport service specialists
- Oversee aircraft turnaround standards, policies, and compliance
- Drive improvements in aircraft turnaround systems and deliver system enhancement initiatives
- Manage ground service equipment, including budgets, maintenance, and procurement
- Monitor freight operations and performance against service level agreements
Key skills include:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- Demonstrated experience within the aviation industry
- Able to inspire, engage, and develop teams
- Experience leading and delivering large-scale projects and programs of work
- Continuous improvement focus
