Sales Category Growth Manager

As a Territory Manager for Indies and P&C, you will be responsible for delivering category growth in all customers through pre-selling promotional, seasonal, and event-based activity to ensure stock availability.
The key to success in this role is building strong relationships with store managers to influence inventory and display, using insights to gain incremental displays.
Key aspects of the job include:
- Delivering category growth in Independent and Petrol & Convenience stores via flawless execution of customer plans and call compliance to journey plan
- Building strong relationships with store managers to influence inventory and display, using insights to gain incremental displays
- Informing customers of new products, ensuring compliance to in-store standards such as planogram, and ensuring staff are aware and knowledgeable
You will also be required to deliver commercial calendar and business initiatives, bringing the sales strategy and channel blueprint to life in each customer.
A successful candidate should have:
- Understand all elements of the customer supply chain to influence On Shelf Availability
- Identify in-store sales growth opportunities against key objectives and put a plan in place to improve in-store execution
- Understand, interpret and use category facts in all aspects of customer interaction
