Job Description

As a strategic business leader, you will be responsible for driving category growth and shaping brand strategies that deliver sales, profit, and market share goals.

You will oversee the product portfolio, including pricing, promotions, and positioning, to ensure alignment with market trends and consumer needs.

Key performance indicators will include sales, financial, and shopper data, which will inform adjustments to strategies and tactics as needed.

In addition to leading category growth, you will partner with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market plans and execute sales enablement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining timelines and delivering results.
