The role involves driving category growth, shaping business strategies, and ensuring our products stand out in the market. You will have end-to-end ownership of two high-profile categories, working alongside a passionate team that shares your love for exploration and preservation of the outdoors.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver strategic plans that meet sales, profit, and market share goals.
  • Manage product portfolios, including pricing, promotions, and positioning.
  • Monitor competition and consumer trends, using insights to inform action.
  • Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure strategies are effectively implemented.
  • Track performance using sales, financial, and shopper data, making adjustments as needed.

Requirements

  • You should have experience in brand management, category management, or related sales/marketing roles.
  • You should possess strong commercial acumen, with comfort in P&L ownership.
  • Sharp analytical skills are essential, with the ability to translate numbers into actionable strategies.
  • You should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and timelines.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills are necessary to build strong relationships and secure buy-in.
