About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our LifeTech Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving incremental new business to DLL by developing and maintaining relationships with our global and local healthcare and technology partnerships, as well as direct customers in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand and maintain existing partnerships through proactive relationship management, increasing new business volume and DLL share of partner business.
  • Develop and execute program management strategies to exceed sales budgets for existing partners, including new business volume, margin, and fee income.
  • Train and develop partner sales teams to ensure high levels of finance penetration and attract a high-quality customer base.
  • Handle first-line escalation for non-standard enquiries, including pricing, changes in Terms & Conditions, priority deal management, and settlement exceptions.
  • Work with partners to drive efficiencies and process improvements, streamlining the handling of incoming applications, approvals, and settlements.
  • Identify and resolve problems before they impact on the vendor and/or their customers.
