Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and self-motivated Enterprise IT Business Partner to join our team at Schneider Electric. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships between Schneider Electric and business entities, leading or guiding IT projects, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

About the Role

As an Enterprise IT Business Partner, you will be the single point of contact for IT-related matters, working closely with business stakeholders to identify, understand, and drive delivery of digital initiatives. You will represent global digital delivery organizations in Schneider Electric, driving digital programs and ensuring positive outcomes locally.

You will lead, mentor, and drive a positive working culture and digital mindset within project teams, ensuring outstanding digital outcomes. From high-level analysis to go-live execution, you will be at the forefront of project success, ensuring seamless delivery and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with assigned businesses to identify, understand, and drive delivery of digital initiatives
  • Represent global digital delivery organizations in Schneider Electric, driving digital programs and ensuring positive outcomes locally
  • Lead, mentor, and drive a positive working culture and digital mindset within project teams
  • Ensure seamless delivery and user satisfaction from high-level analysis to go-live execution
  • Keep stakeholders engaged through proactive reporting, milestone meetings, and customer satisfaction initiatives
About You

We are looking for a highly driven and self-motivated individual with a passion for driving digital transformation. You should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in IT management, skilled in digital project management and senior stakeholder liaison. You should also possess exceptional communication, conflict management, and presentation skills.

In addition, you should have an IT technical background and ITIL foundation certification (a major plus). If you are passionate about driving digital transformation and are ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you.
