The Role

This position provides leadership and daily direction to sales and fitness teams. A Manager is required to provide outstanding customer service by helping clients through fitness and health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor membership and supplement sales whilst focusing on monthly and annual targets
  • Manage and develop the performance of sales staff
  • Build a fun and engaging environment/culture for our members and staff
  • Encourage and implement policies, business practices, systems, and processes
  • General cleaning, maintenance, and oversight of the gym
Requirements:
  • Well presented, professional, and enthusiastically customer focused
  • Quick learner, especially with new systems
  • Motivated, organised, and results driven
  • Experience in building and managing client relationships
  • A high sense of integrity and honesty
  • A team player who can lead and manage staff and personal trainers
