The Assistant Director plays a pivotal leadership role within the centre, supporting the Centre Director in driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.
- Lead the team to deliver high-quality early learning and care services
- Mentor staff to develop their capabilities
- Ensure seamless management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
- Implement best practices as outlined in the Goodstart Practice Guide

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma of Early Childhood Education equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
- Current SA Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
- Teacher qualified in South Australia - Hold active registration with the Teachers Registration Board of South Australia (TRB SA)
- Willingness to undergo a Police Check
