The Organisation

Derrimut 24:7 Gyms are the fastest growing and most renowned gyms in the region, offering a one-stop shop for everything fitness.

We provide first-rate exercise equipment, a supplement store, gym gear, and high-protein meal packs. Our gyms offer group fitness classes, ladies-only sections, and Personal Trainers.

Our goal is to provide fitness enthusiasts with the opportunity to train at any time of day, creating a unique gym experience.

The Role

We seek an enthusiastic leader to oversee our sales and fitness teams, providing daily direction and outstanding customer service.

This role involves:

  • Monitoring membership and supplement sales while focusing on targets;
  • Managing, training, and developing staff performance;
  • Building a fun, engaging environment for members and staff;
  • Encouraging and implementing business practices, systems, and processes;
  • Cleaning, maintaining, and overseeing the gym;
  • Conducting HR duties, such as 1-on-1s, performance reviews, rostering, leave management, etc.

To succeed, you must be:

  • Well-presented, professional, and customer-focused;
  • A quick learner, especially with new systems;
  • Motivated, organized, and results-driven;
  • Experienced in building relationships;
  • Honest and having a high sense of integrity;
  • A team player who can lead and manage staff;
  • Up-to-date with industry trends.

To be eligible, you must have:

  • At least 2 years of management experience;
  • Sales and member retention experience;
  • Customer service experience and strong administration skills;
  • A current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, and Police check.
