We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Energy Markets Expert. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of energy markets.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead and undertake end-to-end market modelling projects, delivering high-quality results to our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to design and implement effective modelling inputs, run complex models, and ensure timely delivery of client reports.

You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including company valuations for mergers and acquisitions, portfolio optimisation for fuel contracting and generation dispatch, hedging strategy development for vertically integrated energy companies, and advising governments on the economic implications of different energy policy options.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a deep understanding of power markets, strong analytical and modelling skills, and experience in developing business cases across various asset classes.
