The Role: Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team, servicing a variety of customers and channels in and around the Gold Coast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build lasting relationships with customers, fostering mutual success through maximising sales revenue.
  • Achieve profit growth targets by optimising availability across our extensive product range.
  • Develop and ensure compliance of promotional programs across our customers.
  • Drive fridge utilisation and location management of fridges in store.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.

About You:

  • You will have a strong ability to provide exceptional customer service, with previous sales experience highly regarded.
  • Independent grocery channel knowledge is highly valued but not essential.
  • You must be willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • You should possess strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders.
  • You must be open to trying new strategies while challenging current ways of thinking to maximise sales and develop new opportunities.
  • You should demonstrate high levels of teamwork and resilience to overcome sales challenges and achieve targets.
