Job Overview

As a highly motivated and skilled Property Management professional, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and managing day-to-day property operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our business.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail. They will also have experience in property management, including lease renewals, rent reviews, and coordinating repairs with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist landlords and renters with their day-to-day enquiries
  • Qualify and coordinate repairs with suppliers
  • Prepare lease renewals and rent reviews
  • Learn from experienced property managers
  • Attend/host open for inspections
  • Lease properties in conjunction with a property manager
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • A current Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
  • A reliable car and valid driver's licence
  • Great communication skills and attitude
  • Proficiency in English
