About the role
Our organization is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the effective management of a portfolio of residential properties.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing returns for clients through effective property management strategies.
We are looking for a highly organized and skilled professional who can manage a diverse range of properties, including liaising with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople to ensure properties are well-maintained and rent is collected on time.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
Additionally, the Property Manager will be required to prepare and execute lease agreements, tenancy inspections, and property condition reports.
Overseeing the marketing and leasing of vacant properties to secure new tenants is also a key responsibility of this role.
The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of relevant legislation, including the Residential Tenancies Act and consumer protection laws.
