About the Job

As a collaborative team member, you will be responsible for maintaining the internal and external environment of the site.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake basic repairs to building, equipment, and assets that don't require specialized skills.
  • Conduct physical inspections of property and premises to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Provide support to your line manager to achieve quality, efficient output by contractors dealing with property-related services.
  • Ensure all essential safety requirements are met, including fire safety, electrical, and legislative tasks in accordance with standards, policies, and legislation.
  • Maintain a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
About You

The ideal candidate will have effective knowledge of building and grounds maintenance, workplace health and safety, risk management, hazard identification, and contract management.

We're Looking For Someone Who:
  • Has previous experience as a gardener, trade assistant, or maintenance worker.
  • Understands building compliance and certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to select and use suitable tools and techniques, including strong knowledge of electrical power tools and hand tools.
Requirements of the Role:
  • Current Driver's License.
  • Full COVID Vaccination (including booster).
  • Current Flu Vaccination.
  • National Criminal History Check.
  • NSW National Disability Insurance Scheme Worker Screening Check (NDIS Check).
