Job Title: Maintenance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our internal maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our facilities remain safe and secure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure facilities are safe and secure
  • Carry out repairs to doors, windows, and other fixtures
  • Hang brackets and lights
  • Use hand and power tools to complete tasks
  • Work in a collaborative environment with multiple trades
  • Demonstrate strong English communication skills for effective interaction with personnel at all levels
  • Be self-motivated, well-organized, and able to prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in residential or commercial building environments
  • Previous experience with residential or commercial property maintenance
  • A valid driving license and reliable transportation
  • Proven experience with hand and power tools
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)

What We Offer:

Day shift hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

$35 + per hour based on skills and experience

Vehicle allowance (if you own a utility vehicle)
