Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating new sales-qualified prospects for our Account Executives and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to identify and engage with potential customers.
  • Utilize sales data and market research to inform your outreach strategies and drive results.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts and facilitate introductions to our sales teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress in our CRM system.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales experience or equivalent lead generation background.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with sales systems and tools, including Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in SaaS or tech sales.
  • Documented history of attainment in quota-carrying role.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPIC sales methodology and other industry-standard frameworks.
  • Conversational knowledge of analytical software and B2B technology.
