Business Development Representative

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating new sales-qualified prospects for our Account Executives and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to identify and engage with potential customers.
- Utilize sales data and market research to inform your outreach strategies and drive results.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts and facilitate introductions to our sales teams.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress in our CRM system.
- 2+ years of sales experience or equivalent lead generation background.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with sales systems and tools, including Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- 1+ years of experience in SaaS or tech sales.
- Documented history of attainment in quota-carrying role.
- Familiarity with MEDDPIC sales methodology and other industry-standard frameworks.
- Conversational knowledge of analytical software and B2B technology.
