We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Centre Management Office at Merrylands Shopping Centre.

About the Role:

This is a busy and varied role that requires a high level of administration and customer service skills. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for the Centre management office and will be responsible for managing initial phone calls and actions accordingly.

About You:

  • You will have solid frontline reception or administration experience with a strong customer service focus.
  • You will have attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • You will be competent in using the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Word, and must be proficient in using Excel.
  • You will have experience using record management systems and be comfortable learning and picking up new software packages.
  • You will have interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work as part of a team or autonomously.
  • You will be able to use your initiative and maintain confidentiality as required.
