Job Title: Key Account Officer for Smart Metering

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Key Account Officer to join our team on the Portsmouth Water AMP8 Framework. As a Key Account Officer, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key commercial and industrial clients, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on project logistics, ensuring installations are planned and executed with minimal disruption to customer operations. You will also resolve customer issues swiftly and professionally, putting their needs at the centre of every project.

This role requires a high level of organization and prioritization, as well as excellent time management skills. You will work closely with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery and high standards of work.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Account Management: Proven experience in account management, customer service, or stakeholder engagement within utilities, engineering, or infrastructure.

  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills; confident working with data and reporting tools.
  • Prioritization and Time Management: Ability to prioritise customer needs while ensuring project logistics and quality requirements are met.
