Key Account Officer - Smart Metering

Manage relationships with key commercial and industrial clients, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality smart meter installations.

You will coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and to the required standards.

  • Promote operational excellence by adhering to company policies, legislation, and best practices.
  • Collect and analyze data on project performance to drive improvements and inform decision-making.
  • Resolving customer issues swiftly and professionally is a priority.

Candidates should have experience in account management, customer service, or stakeholder engagement within utilities, engineering, or infrastructure.

Safety and quality are core values for this role. Relevant qualifications or training in a business, engineering, or customer service discipline are preferred.
