About the Role

We are seeking a Business Growth Specialist to join our team.

This role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, growing revenue, and driving customer advocacy.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of success in business development, excellent understanding of the SME market, and strong customer and relationship management skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Moving with speed to grow revenue and drive customer advocacy
  • Be customer obsessed and increase the portion of customers who consider NAB to be their Bank of Choice
  • Owning it by understanding our customers' needs to provide tailored holistic banking solutions
  • Win together by engaging and building relationships with our Retail Branch and Broker network to increase portfolio performance and customer outcomes

Requirements:

  • A strong track record of success in business development
  • Lending experience in business banking or retail banking
  • Excellent understanding of the SME Market
  • Strong customer and relationship management
  • Problem solving, critical thinking and negotiation skills
