Lead Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Lead Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and collaborate with our Store Manager to inspire and motivate our Team Members.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Create personalized experiences for customers to add to their jewellery and watch collections
  • - Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations and drive Team Members to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • - Coach and train Team Members to become selling superstars
