About This Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Business Growth Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, nurturing key client relationships, and contributing to the company's strategic sales growth.
- New Business Development: Identify and secure new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and business development.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and manage scalable customer relationships as well as growing existing key partnerships.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategy and execution.
- Customer Solutions: Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Territory Management: Manage clients in your territory and meet with them face-to-face to offer the best service.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will be a self-driven individual with a track record of achieving targets and maintaining strong client accounts. You will have strong communication skills, administrative skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, and must be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen with a full driver's license for travel to clients.
