About the Role

This position is responsible for training Operations staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include evaluating and enhancing existing training deliverables, capabilities, and development; maintaining work instructions through E-learning and face-to-face training; supporting management with quality assurance checks, reporting, and peer-to-peer coaching.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive training on Novated products and Operational functions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise key company initiatives, products, events, and industry insights
  • Design and deliver technical training programs across all SG Platforms, ensuring competencies and learning outcomes are achieved
  • Employ various training methods to increase competency and drive efficiency
  • Support change management activities and train operations team members on operating platforms
  • Partner with the Customer Experience team to enhance initiatives and lift NPS
  • Maintain training records and create operational training content and assets
  • Upskill, facilitate, and provide training solutions based on customer feedback through the CX Programme
  • Conduct spot checks of operational processes to identify training needs
  • Promote a strong risk, quality, and compliance management culture within the business

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
