About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Training Coordinator Operations to join our team at Real Pet Food Co. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create clear and concise training materials, work instructions, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) with the support of stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions with managers and supervisors to enable them to conduct technical training in their areas.
  • Conduct new employee induction training in conjunction with other stakeholders.
  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Conduct safety training sessions and ensure all employees understand and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Work closely with HR, operations, and safety departments to align training programs with organizational goals.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees to facilitate effective communication and feedback.

Requirements

  • Commitment to delivery, a problem-solving mindset, and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work with various teams, including HR, operations, and safety, to identify and address training needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle competing priorities.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training-related software, e.g., Articulate360.
  • Skills in influencing, managing, and challenging ideas and existing business processes.
