Centacare Brisbane is a leading not-for-profit organisation in South East Queensland, committed to delivering high-quality services to its clients. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Practice Quality Assurance Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing escalated and external complaints, as well as providing ongoing support across all service streams. This will include coordinating the Complaint Management System, working with a small multiple-disciplinary team, and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure effective complaint resolution.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor degree in law, health, social science, or a related discipline. You will also need demonstrated experience in working in diverse clinical contexts, a high-level understanding of quality and safeguarding frameworks, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

You will be a collaborative and dedicated individual with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
