Customer Complaint Resolution Specialist

In this role, you'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints and managing outstanding debt cases. You'll engage with customers to find fair solutions, negotiate repayment plans, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Communicate empathetically with customers via phone, email, and written correspondence.
- Negotiate solutions that meet customer needs and company objectives.
- Liaise with third-party representatives, such as debt recovery agents.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
We're looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. If you possess empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills, along with a proactive and problem-solving mindset, we encourage you to apply.
Estimated Salary: AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum
