Project Coordinator and Stakeholder Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator and Stakeholder Liaison to join our team in implementing the Biosecurity Act 2025.

The successful candidate will coordinate and undertake a range of project administration and engagement functions, providing support to our business unit.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with stakeholders and possess a high level of organization and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality briefings, reports, and operational documents;
  • Provide secretarial support for various forums and committees;
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement and consultation functions and processes.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a current driver's license and willingness to drive;
  • Out of hours work and inter/intrastate travel may be required;
  • Australian residency or current works permit is required;
  • The incumbent will be required to undertake emergency management training and must be willing to participate in emergency preparedness, response, and recovery activities required by government agencies.

Benefits:

ASO4 - $76,561 min - $80,256 max per annum, plus superannuation;
