Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of construction projects, including preparing safety and construction documentation, tracking and forecasting against budgets, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and coordinating procurement and selection of subcontractors.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills in project management and contribute to the delivery of high-profile infrastructure projects.

  • Preparation of safety and construction documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Tracking and forecasting against budgets, identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Liaison with clients, asset owners, and public authorities, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Coordination of procurement and selection of subcontractors, ensuring that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Site-based experience working on construction projects, preferably in utilities packages.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Construction Induction Card (White card).
