We're seeking an experienced Customer Acquisition and Relationship Development Leader to join our Customer Lifecycle Management team at Coles Group.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire and onboard new customers, as well as retain existing ones. You'll work closely with our Senior Marketing Manager - Retention & Growth to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer acquisition and onboarding strategies to drive business growth
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer retention initiatives
  • Manage and analyze customer data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or Commerce
  • 5+ years' experience in CRM, Loyalty, Direct Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Data
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer experiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
