About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Acquisition and Onboarding Manager to join our Customer Lifecycle Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire and onboard new customers, ensuring a seamless transition and driving key onboarding metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer acquisition and onboarding strategies across various channels and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and growth of key onboarding metrics.
  • Partner with Customer, Loyalty, Digital, and other key business functions to support the growth of Coles 1st Party Data.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or Commerce.
  • 5+ years' experience in CRM, Loyalty, Direct Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Data.
  • Highly developed Martech, data, and analytics literacy.
  • People management experience, desirable.
  • Customer Segmentation and targeting.
  • Campaign planning and delivery.
