Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment.

Your primary objective will be to conduct planned preventative maintenance on various equipment, including conveyors and PLCs. Additionally, you will respond promptly to breakdowns, communicate effectively with affected parties, and work efficiently to resolve issues.

To excel in this role, you must possess strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. You will work closely with our senior maintenance technicians to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance equipment availability.

The ideal candidate will have formal trade qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Electrotechnology or Mechanical Trade, and relevant industry experience. You should be familiar with planned preventative maintenance systems, fault-finding techniques, and safety protocols.
