Equipment Maintenance Supervisor

As a key member of the team, you will oversee the efficient operation of the branch workshop and provide exceptional service to customers through timely maintenance and repair of equipment.
This role requires a strong ability to be adaptable to changing priorities and work conditions, including the ability to work as part of a team and to work autonomously to complete tasks within required timeframes.
About the Role- Perform operational repairs on pumps and generators, while completing servicing, maintenance, and documentation in line with quality standards.
- Oversee the efficient operation of the branch workshop, maintenance of equipment, ordering of parts, coordination of Preventative Maintenance Program services, and task allocations for serviceperson drivers.
- Provide support to other branches by utilising and repairing hire equipment between locations, which may involve working at different sites.
- Perform branch facilities cleaning and maintenance as required.
- Complete all reasonable tasks requested by management or area managers.
- Conduct pickups, deliveries, and loading/unloading of equipment.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role or field with a proven track record of strong equipment maintenance and servicing skills.
Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess excellent time management skills, including the ability to plan ahead and reschedule in accordance with changes in priorities.
Requirements- Proven experience in equipment maintenance and servicing.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- A valid driver's licence is required.
