About This Role

As a maintenance professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of buildings, systems, and equipment. This position is part of an engineering and technical services function, requiring support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct routine maintenance inspections to diagnose potential problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems to meet evolving needs.
  • Review assigned work orders and collaborate with relevant teams to track completion and optimize workflows.
  • Support energy management by implementing strategies to reduce energy consumption and promote sustainable practices.
  • Inspect existing installations to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Utilize established procedures to resolve routine issues effectively.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, along with 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Meet the physical demands of this role, including standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting/carrying heavy loads up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to follow standard work routines and adhere to quality standards.
  • Effective communication skills to exchange information clearly.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
