About the Role
The HR Services team at GFG Alliance is responsible for providing HR support services to the business and HR teams. The team ensures effective and efficient management of people information and employee lifecycle processes.
The HR Services Administration Officer will provide support and guidance to employees and business leaders on HR Shared Service administrative tasks. They will also contribute to the execution of our overall Human Resources strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration of cyclical HR processes.
- Support internal HR teams, payroll, reward, systems, and recruitment to address employee queries or redirect as required.
- Maintain employment arrangements through ongoing reviews of employment arrangements and ensure employee working rights are valid.
- Support HRIS audits, monthly data integrity checks, and maintaining and updating process documents to ensure data integrity and support accurate HR data analysis.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives, HR, and business-related projects as required.
Requirements
- Strong verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated administrative experience.
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with staff across all levels of the business.
- Able to provide and receive instruction from other team members.
- Proactive and takes initiative in seeing tasks to completion.
- Ability to work with highly confidential and sensitive information.
