Improving well-being is a key focus for this role. We're seeking an experienced brand manager to lead the retail incontinence portfolio across Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role

This Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for driving the brand and category strategy for the retail portfolio, including liners, pads, pants, male guards, and reusables. Key responsibilities include leading innovation, communication, and commercial initiatives to enhance brand performance and deliver growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the 3–5 year brand and category strategy for the retail portfolio.
  • Develop the overall brand communication strategy and drive campaign development and execution across TV, digital, social, and POS.
  • Own NPD strategy and deliver innovation with local and global teams.
  • Translate consumer and category insights into actionable brand plans.
  • Manage relationships with media, creative, and research agencies.
  • Align cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply, Finance, and Global stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within FMCG.
  • Strong capabilities across the 6Ps: Positioning, Product, Pack, Price, Promotion, and Place.
  • Strategic thinking and end-to-end NPD experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
