Chief Brand Architect

We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our team and lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies across digital, trade, and sampling channels. You will be responsible for driving brand performance, managing Always-On digital marketing, and developing trade marketing materials.

• Develop and implement annual brand audits and contribute to brand and category planning
• Lead assigned NPD projects from concept through to launch
• Manage Always-On digital marketing campaigns
• Develop trade marketing materials and execute retailer-specific activations
• Plan and deliver sampling strategies across multiple channels

You will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and external agencies to align execution and drive business results. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for tracking and reporting on campaign performance and consumer engagement.

Our ideal candidate has a strong foundation in FMCG brand management and a drive to make a difference. They bring:

• A tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a Brand Manager role within the FMCG industry
• Strong knowledge of the 6Ps of marketing and media channel strategies
• Proven project management and cross-functional leadership skills
• Strategic thinking and a hands-on, collaborative approach
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Aztec, IRI, or SAP is a plus
