Lead Brand Strategist

At the forefront of our business, we're seeking a skilled and innovative Senior Brand Manager to lead our retail incontinence portfolio.

This opportunity offers the chance to drive impactful change in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Our ideal candidate will possess strong capabilities across brand strategy, innovation, and commercial performance.

About the Role:

Based in Victoria, you'll be responsible for developing and executing the overall brand communication strategy, driving campaign development and execution, and leading insights and analytics efforts.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a 3–5 year brand and category strategy for our ANZ retail portfolio.
  • Leading insights, analytics, brand health tracking, and consumer research efforts.
  • Translating consumer and category insights into actionable brand plans.
  • Managing relationships with media, creative, and research agencies.
  • Aligning cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply, Finance, and Global stakeholders.

Requirements include a tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in brand management, ideally within FMCG, and strong capabilities across the 6Ps: Positioning, Product, Pack, Price, Promotion, and Place.

Bonus points if you have experience with data analysis tools, NPD processes, and strategic retailer reviews.
