The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Growth Lead to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our commercial expansion team, you'll be responsible for driving growth across our range of products and brands. Your primary focus will be on unlocking commercial potential, identifying new opportunities, and executing strategies to expand our presence in new markets and channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to drive commercial expansion and increase revenue.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Brand Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product Development, to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, distributors, and regional teams.
  • Develop and execute product pricing strategies to maximize top-line revenue and achieve positive unit economics.
  • Monitor and analyze in-market performance and customer feedback to inform future growth opportunities.

  • Proven track record of driving commercial growth and expansion in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong bias for action and a willingness to take calculated risks.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
