The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Growth Lead to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our commercial expansion team, you'll be responsible for driving growth across our range of products and brands. Your primary focus will be on unlocking commercial potential, identifying new revenue streams, and developing strategies to expand our presence in new markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to drive revenue expansion and market penetration
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product Development, to identify opportunities for growth and implement effective solutions
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product development, pricing strategies, and channel mix decisions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, partners, and customers, to drive business growth and expansion
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress and optimize growth initiatives
Requirements
  • Proven track record of driving commercial growth and expansion in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
