Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Grants and Partnership Manager. This individual will be responsible for identifying and applying for grant opportunities that align with our organisational objectives.

Key responsibilities include managing existing partnerships, fostering new relationships with stakeholders, developing and implementing strategies for securing funding and resources, monitoring and reporting on grant performance and outcomes, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure project alignment with funding requirements.

The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in grant writing and partnership management, preferably in the not-for-profit sector, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proven ability to manage deadlines effectively. A sound understanding of funding processes and compliance requirements is also essential. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess a high level of attention to detail and organisational skills and be proficient in using relevant software for tracking and reporting purposes.
