Event Technology Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the smooth and efficient running of audio-visual department activities. This role will work closely with the Director of Event Technology to ensure that all events run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Director in preparations for client meetings, production meetings, and weekly sales meetings
  • Ensure the effective running of the audio-visual department activities
  • Maintain communication with the Accounts Department, other venues, and interstate offices
  • Prior experience in meetings and events is essential

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of event management experience, knowledge of Audio-Visual Equipment, excellent planning, organisational, time management & account management skills, and strong business acumen and financial management skills.

A qualification in Hospitality or Events is highly regarded, and experience in the hospitality or luxury sector is also desirable.
