Job Overview

The Event Operations Manager is responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of food and beverage outlets at venues. This includes ensuring high-quality delivery of services to customers, preparation of outlets before events, and management of backstage catering.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and execution of food and beverage activities at events
  • Preparation of outlets before events, including stock and equipment checks
  • Ensuring backstage catering meets venue hirers' requirements
  • Purchasing, storage, and disposal of food and beverage stock for functions and events
  • Managing Point of Sale systems, including till re-programming and price changes
  • Forecasting sales for upcoming events based on past event sales
About You

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy individual with experience in running concession outlets in an entertainment and/or hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional time management skills, be able to build strong relationships with staff and clients, and possess a positive attitude.
