Adelaide International Events Manager

We are seeking an Event Workforce Coordinator to join our team for the Adelaide International 2026.
This is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of this world-class event, and as such requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Liaising with internal teams to understand event workforce requirements
- Coordinating Team Quallies, Team Rally, and other information sessions
- Assisting with the recruitment and selection of the event workforce
- Managing and maintaining workforce information such as checks, personal details, and compliance records
- Serving as the first point of contact for workforce members
- Prior experience in HR, events, or volunteer management with a keen eye for detail
- The ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation with a willingness to collaborate in a team environment
