Event Manager Role

This is a customer-focused position that ensures the smooth operation of commercial events.

We are looking for a commercially aware and ambitious individual to join our dynamic team and lead on event coordination and support.

This role will involve liaising with other staff members and hospitality providers to ensure successful venue hire, hospitality, and public program delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support meetings and events
  • Liaise with staff and hospitality providers
  • Schedule and manage events logistics
  • Monitor event budgets and report on expenses

Working Hours and Salary

Full-time working hours: 37.5 hours a week, including frequent evening and weekend work.

Salary: £24,570 per annum plus pension contribution.

Contract: Fixed term for 12 months, with potential extension.

Benefits

Annual leave: 33 days, including public holidays.
