Event Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Operations Lead to deliver exceptional client experiences and lead the planning and execution of weddings, functions, and corporate events across our estate.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, be passionate about hospitality, and have a proven track record in event management.

About You:
  • Proven experience in event management, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • RSA accreditation and RP badge required
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the planning and execution of weddings, functions, and corporate events across the estate
  2. Collaborate with event teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service
  3. Coordinate staff rosters and service providers
  4. Manage stock ordering, inventory checks, and event setup/pack down
  5. Act as the Responsible Person on site during events
