Company Overview
We're looking for an experienced professional to join our dynamic sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make contact with 70 potential or existing clients each day via leads that have been assigned to you (potentially only engaging with around 30)
- Propose solutions to customers' needs
- Provide online demonstrations to potential customers
- Provide quotes and follow up on quotations within expected timeframes
- Meet daily revenue targets set by the Inside Sales Manager (individual)
- Promote a high-quality, professional company image among customers
- Process written requests from prospects and customers using proprietary systems
- Discover opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell add-ons or additional products to customers by conducting thorough needs analysis
- Discuss ways to improve processes and systems with your team manager
Requirements:
- Sales experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment (3+ years preferable)
- Strong oral and written fluency (business-level) in English and Korean
- Demonstrated ability to conduct needs analysis and offer solutions accordingly
- Advanced knowledge of Windows and good general IT knowledge
- High level of customer service and ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Team-oriented and creative approach to cross and up-selling
- Postgraduate degree in business information technology or economics advantageous
