About Our Top Mortgage Broker Role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to join our team at The Loan Co., a leading mortgage brokerage in Western Australia. As a top performer, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and progressive business that values excellence and innovation.

Estimated Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing client and referral relationships, self-generating business through your own network, and ensuring Responsible Lending obligations and Best Interests Duty (BID) requirements are met. You will also have access to top-tier technology, marketing, compliance, and ongoing business coaching to support your success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing client and referral relationships to drive growth and revenue
  • Self-generate business through your own network to expand customer base
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and best practices
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or Diploma of Financial Services (Finance and Mortgage Broking Management)
  • At least one year of experience managing client and referral relationships
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
