As a Mortgage Broker with The Loan Co., you will collaborate with a team of Mortgage Brokers, Sales Managers, and Administration staff, receiving all the support and tools you need to succeed. This includes access to top-tier technology, marketing, compliance, and ongoing business coaching.

Your Duties Include:

  • Managing existing client and referral relationships
  • Self-generating business through your own network
  • Satisfying Responsible Lending obligations and Best Interests Duty (BID) requirements

Requirements

Skills and Experience
Consider applying if you have:

  • Completed your Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or Diploma of Financial Services (Finance and Mortgage Broking Management)
  • At least one year of experience managing client and referral relationships (either as a Banker or a Broker)
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset, with a passion for exceeding targets
  • A solid understanding of mortgage products, lending regulations, and market dynamics
  • The ability to satisfy Responsible Lending obligations and BID requirements
