The Star Brisbane is Australia's newest entertainment hub, situated at the heart of the Queen's Wharf precinct in Brisbane.

As a key member of our Concierge team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. You will play a pivotal role in upholding service excellence and operational efficiency across our Concierge Desk, Bell Desk, and Porte Cochere.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and administration of the Concierge Desk, Bell Desk, and Porte Cochere.
  • Lead and inspire a team of 30-40 colleagues, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide guests with accurate and engaging information on property facilities, local attractions, transportation options, and events.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to deliver a seamless, high-standard arrival and departure experience.
  • Develop and implement service standards, best practices, and operational procedures to continually elevate the guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records and reports.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as an Assistant or Chief Concierge in a luxury or five-star property is highly desirable.
  • Diploma in Hospitality or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • In-depth knowledge of Brisbane CBD and surrounding areas, including local attractions, dining, and events.
